Calling all Hough Lane (Leyland) businesses and landowners!

A part of our Leyland Town Deal development works, our intention is to improve the public realm areas across Hough Lane to allow for more public access, seating, and landscaping.
To do this we must work with a number of the landowners on Hough Lane. We need to come to an agreement with all of the required landowners to allow us to move forward with our public realm works, areas of which include parts of land which is owned privately.
We are in the process of contacting landowners and have come to an agreement with most however, there are some landowners we are struggling to make contact with.
