Inspiring school visit to Leyland Town Deal site
Pupils from Penwortham Priory joined contractor, Tyson Construction
Penwortham Priory Academy joined contractor Tyson Construction on site at the Leyland Town Deal recently for an informative visit!
They were shown around the site and learned about foundations, drains, brickwork, tarmacking and what a Site Manager's office looks like.
Working with schools is just one of the ways the Leyland Town Deal is giving back to the local community, inspiring young people to learn more about construction and careers available in the industry.
We hope the pupils enjoyed the day and that they were inspired!
