Leyland Town Deal works are progressing well off Quin Street!
The new development will see a refurbished market and a new market square along with residential and commercial buildings including a business hub for skills and training.
Following the demolition of the former Iddon’s factory and site clearance works, new car park is in place as are the foundations for the new homes.
