Quin Street housing scheme progressing

R.P. Tyson Construction Ltd are making great progress on site with the superstructure build for the Quin Street Housing scheme.

Along with the refurbishment of the Leyland Market and creation of a new market square, landscaping, public realm and highways improvements, this scheme will see the delivery of 22 residential units to Quin Street including 16 townhouses and 6 apartments alongside the new Ecoryd Street Car Park.
