Board see progress on Quin Street housing development
Leyland Town Deal Board conduct site visit of Quin Street development
On 1 October the Leyland Town Deal board were invited to visit the Quin Street housing development site which will see the delivery of 22 residential units including 16 townhouses and 6 apartments alongside the new Ecoryd Street Car Park.
The properties will be situated just behind the new market square, refurbished market and other commerical properties. The work in this area is moving at pace, with work also underway in the Market building.
Representatives from contrctors R.P Tyson Construction and Eric Wright Contruction were on hand to talk the board though current and upcoming works.
