Great progress is being made at the Quin Street Housing Project, one of the key developments within the Leyland Town Deal. Construction has moved swiftly through the first-fix stage, with external doors, windows and staircases now fully installed.
Plastering is close to completion, and second-fix works are already underway - bringing the new affordable homes another step closer.
It’s fantastic to see this project taking shape and continuing to build momentum as part of the wider regeneration of Leyland.
