Leyland has received £25 million in funding from Government and along with £13 million from South Ribble Borough Council means a whopping £38 million for the area. The bid includes two key projects in Leyland Town Centre.
Following community consultation and engagement the Leyland Town Investment Plan was developed focusing on two main projects - Town Centre Improvements, Leyland Market and a business and skills hub BASE2.
