Enabling works for the new market square and commercial buildings on the site of Ecroyd Street car park in Leyland will begin on Monday 19 January, kicking off a new and exciting phase.
South Ribble Borough Council has announced a £4 million saving on the Leyland Town Deal, reducing the overall cost of the project from £38 million to £34 million.
